Billing is processed on an annual basis. Your subscription will renew automatically every year unless you cancel or update your plan before the renewal date.
Yes, you can upgrade from Free to Premium at any time. If you decide to cancel your Premium subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, and then revert to the Free Plan.
If your payment fails or you decide not to renew, your account and active listings will not be deleted. Instead, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free Plan, and any premium-only features (such as social links, media uploads, or verification badges) will be temporarily disabled.
