Chad Mullenix brings more than 24 years of mortgage industry experience to Edge Home Finance. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles with CMG, where he served as Branch Manager for 9 years, and LeaderOne Financial, where he was a partner for 8 years. Chad began his career with Conseco Finance in sales before moving into training and branch management. After Conseco was acquired by Countrywide Home Loans, Chad’s team achieved the highest production levels in Texas and set new company records. He was later promoted to Branch Manager. With extensive industry knowledge and a proven track record, Chad has been involved in closing more than 10,000 loans throughout his career.
